Information collected automatically

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most websites, its servers process technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and the pages you request — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social media tracking pixels on our website.

Spam protection

Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from real people. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device for this purpose.

• Prepare quotes and recommend products and decoration options.
• Create proofs, process orders, and produce your products.
• Communicate with you about quotes, orders, proofs, pickup, and shipping.

• Keep our website and business secure and prevent spam and fraud.

We keep cookies and browser storage to a minimum:

• Quote list. When you add catalog products to your quote list, that list is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it’s there when you return. It isn’t sent to us unless you submit a quote request, and you can clear it at any time by removing items or clearing your browser data.
• Essential cookies. Our hosting and security tools may set cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the website, keep it secure, or provide spam protection.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only as needed to run our business and fulfill your order:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting, email delivery, spam protection, and invoicing or payment processing. When you pay online, payment is handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Production partners and suppliers, such as garment suppliers and our embroidery and patch partners, receive the order details and artwork needed to complete your order.
• Shipping carriers receive the name, address, and contact details needed to deliver your order.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, customers, or others.
• Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.

5. Your Artwork & Files

You own the artwork you send us. We use your artwork and files only to quote, proof, and produce your order, and we share them only with production partners when needed to complete it.

We may photograph finished products for quality control, our portfolio, and marketing, as described in our Terms & Conditions. If you’d prefer that your designs or orders not be shown, just let us know in writing.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, to complete your order, support reorders, handle questions or claims, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, and our website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security. Please don’t send sensitive information, such as full payment card numbers, by email or through our quote form.
