Can I see a mockup before ordering?
Yes. You’ll get a digital mockup showing print size and placement on your chosen hat before anything is pressed.
What artwork works best on hats?
Bold shapes and clear text read best on a front panel. We size your art to the hat and will flag fine details that may get lost at small sizes.
Do you offer hat patches?
Yes — embroidered, genuine leather, faux leather, PVC rubber, woven, and full-color printed patches, made through our production partners. Availability, sizes, and turnaround are confirmed when we quote. Want something you don’t see? Just ask.
Which hat styles work?
Most cotton, polyester, and foam-front caps press well. Tell us the style you like and we’ll confirm it’s a good fit for DTF.
