Our story
Named for the fold.
Every finished order ends the same way: printed, checked, and folded by hand before it’s packed. That last fold is where care shows up — and it’s where our name comes from.
4Fold Print Co. started in Oregon with a simple idea: branded apparel and merchandise should feel as considered as the brands they represent. Too much custom merch is an afterthought — scratchy blanks, rushed decoration, and products that end up in a drawer.
We work with businesses, teams, and creators across the country to make pieces people genuinely want to wear and use. That means recommending the right blanks, sizing and placing every print, proofing every detail, and standing behind the result.

Share your logo, products, quantities, and deadline. We’ll recommend garments and decoration that fit your brand and budget.

Proof
You’ll receive a digital mockup with placement, sizing, and colors. Nothing goes to production until you approve it.

Produce
Your designs are printed as DTF transfers and heat pressed by hand, with careful quality checks at every stage.

Deliver
Folded, packed, and shipped anywhere in the U.S. — on schedule and ready to hand out or sell.
